refactor(platform/xilinx): replace symbolic links with hard links for better compatibility

- Replaced symbolic links with hard links in the Vitis project source management.
- Symbolic links often cause reference issues during debugging in Xilinx Vitis.
- This change improves source visibility and debugger integration.
