fix(sec2,sec3,sec6): 时间模板行向量去掉 & 改纯逗号

bmatrix 单行行向量原同时用逗号和 &，渲染出冗余列距。&（列分隔）与逗号
（列表分隔）不并存，单行列表式向量保留逗号、删去 &。三处均为同一时间
