\secref 当初与 \appref 配对定义，但正文节引用一直用裸 第~\ref{}~节、
未走宏（且"第~A、B、C 节"一裹多 ref 也无法套宏），全文零引用。\appref
因 \thesection 改 \Alph 后需补"附录"前缀仍保留；\secref 属死代码，移除。
