fix(preamble): 附录 PDF 书签号补回"附录"前缀

\thesection 用 \texorpdfstring 分流：正常排版（\ref、标题编号）取
\Alph → "A"，PDF 书签取"附录 \Alph" → "附录 A"。正文引用仍"附录 E"、
标题仍"附录 E"，仅恢复书签栏的"附录"前缀。等式号与子节号用
\Alph{section} 直接展开、不经 \thesection，故不受影响。
