fix(ref): \appref 前导空格改紧贴前字，撤回 \unskip

a035602 给 \appref/\secref 加的 \unskip 会误删前一字符的胶：当宏紧跟在全角标点后（如"框架''。\appref"），\unskip 把 xeCJK 的标点间距胶一并删掉， "。附录"被压缩约 7pt。撤回 \unskip，宏恢复为附录~\ref / 第~\ref~节。实测真正会漏空格的只有"汉字+空格+宏"（xeCJK 看不穿宏、不知它展开为中文，漏约 3.65pt）；"标点+空格+宏"不漏（xeCJK 标点处理已吸收该空格）。故仅把 14 处"汉字 \appref"的源码空格删去、紧贴前字，标点后及行首的空格保留。正则 [一-鿿] +\appref 精确命中汉字前导，不误伤标点。
